Privacy Policy

Effective September 9, 2026

This policy explains what information Bitcoin Outdoor Hospitality Fund, LP and its investment manager, Bitcoin Living, LLC (together, “we”), collect through this website and how we use it. The short version: we collect what we need to respond to you, to run this fund, and to market it; and we do not give your information to anyone outside our organization other than the vendors and professionals who work for us, unless the law requires it.

Information We Collect

We collect the information you give us and the information your visit generates: what you submit through our forms (your name, email address, phone number, your response to the accredited investor question, and anything you write to us), along with call scheduling details, the marketing source of your visit, and, if a conversation proceeds, the address, entity or retirement account details, and documentation needed to verify accredited investor status and administer an investment. Our host and our analytics and session-measurement providers also log standard technical information such as IP address, approximate location, device and browser, pages viewed, and how you interact with a page.

How We Use Information

We use it to respond to you, schedule and hold calls, send the email and text messages you ask us for, verify accredited investor status as required by Rule 506(c) of Regulation D, provide offering documents and investor reporting, administer an investment, meet our legal, tax, anti-money-laundering, and recordkeeping obligations, and to measure, improve, and market this fund and this website. We do not sell your personal information.

Who Sees It

Our promise is simple: we do not give your information to anyone outside our own organization, other than the vendors and professionals who work for us, unless the law requires it. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Those vendors and professionals are engaged under contract or professional duty and may see only what their work requires. They include our website host, our customer relationship and marketing systems, analytics and site-measurement providers, our fund administrator, accountants and auditors, tax preparers, legal counsel, accreditation verification services, and our banking and payment providers. We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or a governmental or self-regulatory request, where necessary to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the fund or its management, subject to the same protections described here.

Email and Text Messages

Our forms carry an unticked checkbox offering periodic email updates about the fund. Ticking it is entirely optional, is never required to request a call or data room access, and is the only basis on which we add you to that list. We record your answer and, when you tick it, the date you did so, as our record of consent. If you leave it unticked we still email you about the call or request you made, because that is what you asked us for, and nothing else. Every update includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing from updates does not stop the emails about a call you have booked.

If you give us your phone number and opt in, we send text messages about your call: confirmation, reminders, and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any investment, and we do not use text messages for cold outreach. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent are never sold or rented, and are not shared with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional use. This information is shared only with the messaging vendors and subcontractors that help us deliver the messages you asked for.

Cookies and Analytics

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, to measure traffic, and to understand how visitors move through the pages, including through session measurement that records page views, clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement within our pages; text typed into form fields is masked. We may also use these measurements to plan and target our own marketing. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies, and the site remains usable if you do. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where our providers support them.

Retention and Security

We keep information for as long as it is useful for the purposes described in this policy; for as long as we, our fund administrator, or our professionals may need it, which for investor records is expected to extend well beyond the life of the fund; and in any event for as long as any law, regulation, or agreement in effect at the time requires. We delete information when we determine it is no longer needed for any of those purposes. Analytics and other information that is not tied to an identifiable person may be kept indefinitely.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your Choices and Rights

You may unsubscribe from fund communications at any time using the link in any email, by replying STOP to any text message, or by writing to us. Some information must be retained to meet legal obligations, and exercising a right never affects the terms of any investment.

U.S. State Privacy Notice

This section is our notice at collection for residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Texas, and Virginia. We collect these categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, postal address, IP address.
